Create an Aqua-Scope Account

To use your Aqua-Scope devices, you need an account at app.aqua-scope.com.

Registration​

  1. Open app.aqua-scope.com in your browser.
  2. Tap "Sign Up".
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Choose a password.
  5. Confirm your registration via the confirmation link sent to you by email.
tip

Use the same email address that you enter during the WiFi setup of your sensors. This way, devices are automatically assigned to your account.

Login​

  1. Open app.aqua-scope.com.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Tap "Login".

Forgot Password​

  1. Open the login page at app.aqua-scope.com.
  2. Tap "Forgot password?".
  3. Enter your registered email address.
  4. You will receive an email with a password reset link.
  5. Click the link and set a new password.

Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.

Change Password​

  1. Log in to the app.
  2. Open Settings (gear icon).
  3. Select "Change password".
  4. Enter your current password and then enter the new password twice.
  5. Confirm the change.
